1. About KashurMart

KashurMart is a local marketplace platform based in Kulgam, Jammu & Kashmir, connecting customers with local sellers, restaurants, and delivery partners.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per person/business entity
KashurMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Seller Terms

Sellers must pay a one-time registration fee of ₹5
All listed products must be legal, accurately described, and available for sale
Sellers are responsible for accurate pricing, inventory, and timely fulfillment
KashurMart charges a commission on each sale (rate communicated at registration)
Payouts are processed after order completion, subject to any holds or disputes
KashurMart reserves the right to approve, suspend, or deactivate seller accounts

4. Delivery Partner Terms

Delivery partners must pay a one-time registration fee of ₹5
Partners must have valid documents including driving license and identity proof
Partners are responsible for safe and timely delivery of orders
Earnings are calculated based on distance and order type
Misuse of the platform may result in immediate deactivation

5. Customer Terms

Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses
Orders once placed are subject to seller acceptance and availability
Refunds and returns are subject to the seller's individual return policy
KashurMart is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control

6. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
KashurMart does not store card details

7. Prohibited Activities

Listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods
Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
Harassment of other users, sellers, or delivery partners
Attempting to circumvent the platform for off-platform transactions

8. Limitation of Liability

KashurMart acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not directly liable for the quality of products, delivery failures, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
