Refund & Returns Policy

B2B Bulk Orders

All B2B bulk orders are final once confirmed by the supplier. Refunds or returns are subject to individual supplier policies agreed at the time of order.

B2C Orders

B2C customers may return unused products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Notify IndiaKart within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will mediate with the supplier for replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. Contact lonen5408@gmail.com immediately.

Refund Process

Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
