By using IndiaKart, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IndiaKart platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India.
2. Buyer Obligations
- Provide accurate business and contact information
- Honour purchase commitments made to suppliers
- Use the platform only for legitimate B2B purchasing
3. Supplier Obligations
- Provide accurate product information, pricing and MOQ details
- Maintain valid GST registration and business credentials
- Fulfil orders as agreed with buyers
- Not engage in fraudulent or misleading listings
4. Platform Rules
- IndiaKart reserves the right to remove listings that violate policies
- Suppliers found in violation may be suspended or permanently removed
- All disputes should first be resolved between buyer and supplier
5. Limitation of Liability
IndiaKart acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for disputes between buyers and suppliers, product quality issues, or delivery delays caused by suppliers.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
